Solution Social Initiative (SSI) is a faith-driven, non-profit humanitarian and development organization operating as the social impact arm of Solution Prayer Power Divine Ministry. It was founded and registered under Nigerian law by Prophet Efe Edah Cyril in 2018.
With a strong commitment to restoring dignity and purpose in disadvantaged communities, SSI implements life-transforming programs across critical sectors including education, health, youth empowerment, and emergency humanitarian response.
The Initiative is deeply rooted in the mission to bring hope and practical help to those who need it most, particularly in the Niger Delta and other underserved regions of Nigeria.

Its core mandate on women empowerment centers on providing access to education, vocational training, entrepreneurial support, and advocacy for women's rights, ensuring that women, especially those from underserved communities, are equipped with the tools, resources, and opportunities needed to lead dignified and self-reliant lives in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
BACKGROUND OF THE INITIATIVE
Established as a proactive response to the pressing socio-economic and humanitarian needs of the people, SSI was founded to bridge the gap left by insufficient governmental and mainstream interventions. Grounded in the ministry's call to service and community development, the Initiative adopts a holistic approach that integrates faith, compassion, and action to uplift the poor, empower the youth and women, and restore broken lives.
PROBLEMS THE INITIATIVE WAS FORMED TO ADDRESS
Despite being a region of immense natural wealth, the Niger Delta continues to struggle with:
- Rampant poverty and underdevelopment
- High youth unemployment and unemployability
- Low education retention and increasing number oof out-of-school children- Social instability, fueled by drug abuse, violence, and community neglect
- Displacement and insecurity
- Digital illiteracy in rural and hard-to-reach communities.
These challenges have contributed to a cycle of hopelessness and vulnerability, particularly among the youth, women, and displaced families. SSI was formed to address these gaps with practical, inclusive, and community-driven solutions.
